Job Description This key role is split into three areas.
Business Change Management -Support the squads and the business areas to implement the re-engineered process and supporting tooling by building the change management plan and supporting materials in conjunction with the change lead from the impacted area.
Governance -Support RSA squads & leadership by defining governance controls for effective stakeholder management, ensure compliance to governance strategy, lead opportunity value monitoring, lead demand tracking & follow-ups, drive adoption of RSA methodology, approach, templates & guidelines.
Communication-Create and manage the communication plan and provide input for the communication by interviewing product Owners, SMEs, squad, drive program awareness  Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Owns and enhance the business change management process as part of the RSA methodology, Leads the business change process as part of the RSA squads, by training the business change leads or lead the change, Prepare the organization to transition to new ways of working e.
., creating new working practices that ensures that the change is embedded Owns program Governance and stakeholder communications.
