Job Description Opportunity for   Project Management PMP certification, Strong Business communication,  Safe agile experience, Problem solving.
Ensure end-to-end management of 1-2 yearlong initiatives.
Assure effective utilization of reporting Project Managers and periodic reporting of utilization.
Periodic project or program status reporting.
Ensure Zero escalations for the projects from high impact stakeholders.
Deliver large projects programs to agreed measures KPI as defined for the project or program and accountable for issues or risk management to ensure that appropriate escalation remediation is put in place to ensure project is kept on track.
Identify improvement opportunities and share proposals to the governance team.
Effectively Strategize, implement, and maintain Large Scale yearlong Programs as per OIT delivery framework.
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Oversee multiple project managers, ensuring program goals are achieved.
Effective in running programs by using Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps Frameworks.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources and timing for new initiatives.
Deliver large-scale projects programs to agreed measures and accountable for issues risk management to ensure that appropriate escalation remediation is put in place to ensure project is kept on track.
Gain Senior Management buy in across Stakeholder communities impacted by the projects.
