Our comprehensive software suite revolutionizes every aspect of new and used vehicle sales and management.📋 Context of the Position :As Accountant Senior for Nextlane, you will responsible of the accounting for all business transactions with journal entries, updating financial statements, preparing monthly financial reports, reconciling payroll and taxes, and auditing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.We are looking for an ambitious Accountant senior who we can rely on to manage daily accounting tasks in different entities of the Group. Our ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running, work within a team environment and take initiative when needed.🎯 Your responsibilities :As a Accountant Senior for our team, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:Perform reconciliation to ensure the fair view of the financial statements.Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.Support accounting local accountants and local Finance Managers in tax preparation and assistance to external auditorsMaintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliersKeeping accurate records and prepare appropriate reports.Giving support to NetSuite Project manager in all matters related to accountancy.Prepare and post properly prepayments and payments in advances, deposits, etc.….Giving support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closings🕵️ What we are looking for :Technical skills:5+ years of experience in accounting departments (of those +3 years leading teams)7+ years of proven experience in a financial departmentKnowledge of any of the European accounting GAAP´s and/or IFRS GAAPBachelor´s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, financeExperience in Oracle NetSuite ERP (nice-to-have)Full English Professional FluencyOther European languages (Dutch, German, Swedish and/or Flemish)Data-drivenResult-orientedSoft skills:Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, conditionals, vlookup as minimum requisite)Knowledge in PowerBI tools and management of databasesStrong analytical skills, ability to keep documents well organized and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.Languages: English is a must + 1 European language is a plus.🤝 Our Recruitment Process:-15-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.-Interview with the CFO of Iberia.-Interview with the CFO of Nextlane.Join us and be part of the Nextlane adventure that is shaping the future of the automotive industry!💎 Our Advantages:We value flexibility and trust within our corporate culture, offering benefits that reflect our commitment to our teams:🏡 Possibility to telework up to 3 days a week!🤝 €600 referral bonus for each talent you capture.
