Visit avoltaworld.comAbout the Role The Regional SuccessFactors Support Analyst will play a critical role in the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the SuccessFactors system. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for regional HR teams, providing technical support and ensuring the effective utilization of the SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Technology, particularly in SuccessFactors, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by regional HR teams, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.Collaborate with global HR Technology teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and configurations tailored to regional requirements.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regional regulations.Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to HR users to enhance their understanding and effective use of SuccessFactors.Assist in the design and implementation of new HR processes and workflows within the SuccessFactors system.Serve as a liaison between regional HR teams and the global IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment on system-related projects and initiatives.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize system functionality and user experience.Generate and analyze reports from SuccessFactors to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.Stay current with SuccessFactors updates, releases, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions.Core Skills Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Knowledge of HCM / HR Technology and integration.Experience in handling projects.A customer mindset and sense of urgency are critical to be successful in this role.What you bring to the table.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in HR Technology support, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors.Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.Experience in developing and delivering user training sessions and materials.Knowledge of regional data privacy regulations and compliance requirements related to HR data.Experience in use one or more business process modelling tools is required.
