What about the role? The Senior Full-stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and server components of applications and services.
· Lead the design and development of high-performance web applications using React.
s for the client-side and Java with Spring Boot for server-side applications.
· Integrate with API platforms.
· Ensure the integration of frontend and backend systems for a cohesive user experience.
· Define standards, principles, and processes for software development in Spring Boot and React frameworks.
· Develop high-quality, clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code for client and server-side applications, coupled with appropriate documentation using Confluence.
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly web interfaces.
· Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks.
· Review code developed by Full-stack Developers.
· Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
Debug applications and deploy fixes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and provide technical solutions.
· Contribute to the architectural decisions of the platform, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
· Work in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software against tight schedules.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers and manage work assignments.
Requisitos What we expect from you? MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years of experience in full-stack development of complex software solutions, preferably leading a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or certification related to software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and other related modules.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, including handling authentication, authorization, and API documentation.
Proficiency in JavaScript with extensive experience using React frontend framework to develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and ability to design and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and work with ORMs.
Experience with SQL and non-relational Databases (MongoDB).
Understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in agile teams with version control tools, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Good understanding and adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development principles, such as SOLID, DRY, and design patterns.
Familiarity with using Jira and Confluence.
