Our Team.
The mission of the space you would be leading is to build shared components and tools for product teams and partners across various functions that enable automation, personalization, and increased productivity.
As Senior Director of Product Management, you will join a motivated, distributed team focused on delivering re-usable site experience components that power the site from upper to lower funnel (e.
.
pricing, recommendations), as well as focused on Vistaprint’s Design System and core Site Infrastructure.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring product managers, and for driving the product strategy, and ensuring the seamless execution of the product teams in your scope.
You will collaborate with cross-functional team members, including leaders across Business, Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver delightful experiences that empower Vista’s customers to create an impression.
What You Will Do.
Team Leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Managers of Product Managers and individual Product Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
Product Strategy.
Define the product strategy for the product scope you will be leading which will serve as an input to the overall yearly Vistaprint product strategy.
Use industry, customer, emerging technologies, competitor insights, as well as cross-functional feedback to create a well-rounded product strategy.
Staying accountable.
Coach teams to develop and manage key results in alignment with the overall Vista product strategy.
Own the WBR (weekly business reviews) for the product teams in your scope.
Own deliverables for cross-cutting multi-domain (domains are groupings of several product teams) initiatives.
Drive innovation.
Research AI and other technology and product trends and guide the teams to explore and innovate beyond current capabilities.
Analytics and Insights.
Apply data and analytics to gain insights into user behavior and identify new or improved areas of opportunity.

10+ years of experience, 8+ in Product Management, 2+ leading managers of managers.
Having experience working in products for both E-Commerce and Platform.
Demonstrate a high degree of accountability, customer obsession, and experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to balance the short- and long-term vision as well as balance the needs of the customer with what is viable for the business.
Ability to influence and empower others, as well as to adapt and pivot when faced with challenges and obstacles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with solid examples of times you have used data to solve a problem or influence future product investments.
Experience working in an agile software development environment and working on complex and high-quality B2B/B2C web-based products.
Proven record of building trust and effective communication with business partners.
Nice to Have.
Passion for problem-solving and generating customer-first solutions with a positive “get it done” attitude.
Experience working at an organization with an empowered product team model.
Track record of successful collaboration with global, remote teams.
