The Senior Analyst works collaboratively with other commercial teams to translate business needs into innovative analytics solutions (including AI/ML).
The SA will influence decision-making at senior levels, uncover opportunities to drive revenue and share growth, and improve our commercial model.
Key Responsibilities.
Ingrain self within marketing, sales, and commercial analytics teams to understand brand priorities, uncover unmet needs, and pro-actively find opportunities for further innovation Advocate for change and drive new thinking with regards to role of analytics within the organization Build scalable analytics solutions in partnership with Data Engineering and Data Science teams that align with brand strategy and address needs Craft data-driven story based on results for marketing and sales leadership that communicates important insights and shapes strategic decision making Determine the impact of solutions & programs through leading and lagging indicators including conducting A/B testing Prioritize and coordinate product enhancements across team of contractors and internal partners to ensure efficient operations and continuous product improvement Manage day-to-day relationships and projects with sales leadership, brand teams and other commercial stakeholders across commercial excellence Assist in budget management, project prioritization and project management Build, evolve and manage promotion response models to provide insights and recommendations to optimize promotional efforts Advise optimal investment to improve returns across different promotional channels and teams based on program impact (e.
