Learn more at careers.alight.com.The RoleWe are currently looking for a SSFF Lead Time-off - Time trackingResponsibilitiesThe SFSF Lead Time-off - Time tracking expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of Time-off - Time tracking related client workshops. In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed. An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required.The right candidate will provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design.
