Currently we are looking for SAP Junior Consultant Sales & Logistic ExecutionWhat will you be doing?Be the first line support for the business on all aspects of the SAP solutions including: triaging issues, resolving issues, escalating issues to the key resolver groups.Manage the incident and request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority and service level agreements.Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing, and implementing SAP business solution fixes and changes.Able to investigate issues from a technical perspective using standard SAP tools to identify root cause for problems and subsequently support the resolution of the underlying issues.Monitor key technical aspects of the SAP solution, including integration across SAP systems and the touchpoints with external non-SAP systems.Monitor key SAP business processes to ensure they are being followed and where improvement is needed, collaboratively introducing appropriate activities with the Global Process Owner to drive adoption.What would make you a good fit?Very strong background in the monitoring, understanding and issue resolution in the following technical SAP areas:I-Docs,B-Docs,RFC queues,Batch jobs,Interfaces between SAP systems - CRM,ECC,SCMInterfaces to external third party systems via the use of SAP PI or other similar toolsStrong SAP functional knowledge in the areas of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FIN)Strong analytical skillsAdvanced englishOpen to travel (EMEA)What can we offer?BenefitsWe have the usual benefits but what our employees value the most is the flexible, friendly, international atmosphere, working with young people from many different countries.
