You will support and participate in 30+ country roll outs.The Finance SAP COE is the unit that provides support, guidance, governance, and best practices for SAP solutions for Finance across the organization.You will be involved in the CoE internal process design and coordinating efforts with the business stakeholders, the global process owners (GPOs) and the SAP consultants, to ensure that the SAP solutions meet the business needs and expectationsResponsabilities include:Provide expertise and coordination to the existing and future roll outs, challenge integrator and other third parties, ensure their deliverables quality. Act as a guarantor of the global ERP core model.Help designing, scoping, and documenting the processes for establishing a SAP center of excellence (COE).Capture business requirements, document them in project/maintenance deliverables such as functional design, documentation rationale, test plans.Utilize hands on configuration skills to help resolving incidents especially for the pilot countryQualify, resolves and prioritize incidents in a timely manner. Ensure safety of production system through tests, and non-regression tests.Qualify, help document and implement change requests. Be involved in the design authority decisions from SAP CoE cost vs benefit perspective.Identify, document and escalate any identified risks against plan costs, system safety or timelineAdvocate the use of the S4H solution across countries, communicate how implementation of SAP best practices will impact the business positively. Coordinate the countries in promoting harmonization of processes wherever applicableInvestigate issues jointly with the Global Process Owners and local business, conduct workshops to push incident/evolution to effective resolutionRip profit on bi annual SAP releases and SAP innovation, identify new functionalities and pertaining change management to be conductedDemonstrate how SAP can improve business efficiency (workshops, Proof of Concept)Report transparently to the management and stakeholders on progress and identified risksWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Good knowledge in Finance & Accounting principles.Certification or experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO. Have a strong knowledge of SAP systems, tools, and best practices.Proven experience (7+ years) in SAP Project. Good knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Monday).PMP, SAFe or similar certification are a plus.Analytical mindset.
