maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as Sales Manager is to achieve sales targets, cultivate strong client relationships, develop effective sales strategies, provide guidance and support.
Continuously improve sales processes to drive growth and profitability for the organization.
As Sales Manager Aruba, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Ensure the successful generation of revenues as determined by IBEROSTAR Resorts -Negotiation and contracting with trade partners -Develop and maintain solid relationships with trade partners to ensure front of mind awareness -Continually identify new business opportunities & revenue generating markets to increase yield and volume of sales -Plan and implement sales strategies -Plan and implement marketing strategies -Provides timely, accurate Sales Reports and Competitive Benchmarking -Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals -Providing information regarding rooms, accommodations, rates, amenities, packages, and guest services -Use suggestive selling skills and company sales programs to maximize revenue and occupancy levels -Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements -Ability to negotiate, schedule and confirm all services/ requirements with impending clients General.
-Attending all Sales meetings and keeping up to date of all Hotel activities -Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures -Maintaining and updating all Sales Reports and Customer databases -Assist with Sales Budgets and setting sales targets Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
College Degree or Equivalent Experience.
At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, of which 2/3 years are of Supervisory/Senior level Skills.
-Familiarity with contractual procedures and policies, and pricing structure.
-Ability to compute mathematical calculations -Ability to verbally communicate clearly -Ability to provide legible written communication -Knowledge of the local area facilities -Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner to ensure the highest possible level of customer service -Ability to maintain hotel’s standards, policies and procedures -Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments -Ability to focus attention to details -Ability to interact successfully with imminent clients and guests.
