Anil is responsible for the overall management, investment activities and global expansion of Node. Prior to founding Node, Anil spent 15 years at Blackstone in London and DLJ/Credit Suisse in Los Angeles and was involved in over $30bn of real estate investment and financing activities in North America, Europe and Asia.  Esteve Almirall, Managing Director Iberia, has extensive experience in co-living and multifamily and previously worked at Star City and leads all Iberia related efforts, which are organised into three verticals: development, operations and capital markets. He’s also responsible for developing partnerships with local developers and establishing joint ventures that help Node scale.  The wider Node team is based in London, Barcelona, Madrid, Toronto and Los Angeles. LEASING ASSOCIATENode is seeking a dynamic and driven Leasing Associate to join our asset level team. Reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the leasing process, focusing on selling and negotiating lease agreements with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of leasing / selling within the real estate market. As a Leasing Associate, you will contribute to the commercial performance management of our leasing portfolio, ensuring occupancy rates are maximised and revenue targets are achieved, by delivering excellent customer engagement and the highest quality of viewing experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers for available propertiesShowcase properties to prospective tenants (viewings), highlighting features, benefits, and lease termsRespond to inquiries, providing prompt,  accurate information about available units and leasing optionsNegotiate lease terms and conditions, aiming to secure favourable agreements for the organisationPrepare and present lease proposals, ensuring they align with the leasing strategies Coordinate and conduct property tours, answering questions and selling value with the leasing processMaintain knowledge of property details, pricing, and market trends to effectively sell available unitsEnsure accurate and timely collation  of lease agreements, pricing and any lease amendmentsWork as part of the lease administration team to ensure seamless lease execution and complianceMonitor lease expirations and proactively engage with customers for lease renewal opportunitiesSupport the Senior Leasing Manager in analysing leasing performance metrics and identifying personal areas for improvementStay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to remain competitiveOn occasion, attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections and stay informed about industry trendsAssist in the development and maintenance of leasing forecastsProvide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns throughoutContinuously seek opportunities to enhance the leasing process, such as streamlining procedures or implementing innovative pricing / closing / conversion tactics DESIRED SKILLSStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesKnowledge of real estate leasing principlesAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and industry professionalsProficiency in conducting property tours and effectively showcasing property featuresDetail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyse leasing data and make informed decisionsProficiency in using leasing software and CRM systemsAdaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs and prioritiesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, or a related roleProven track record in leasing and achieving sales targetsStrong understanding of lease agreements, legal terms, and documentationExperience in conducting property tours and effectively marketing available spacesWhen you apply to a position with us, the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Node for recruitment purposes.
