Assist with customer queries via various channels including phone and emails Handle tasks such as order upselling, troubleshooting, managing fraud orders, and processing returns efficiently Proactively inform customers about available promotions and discounts, enhancing their shopping experience Ensure and participate in the success of the department Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role.
You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent English (C1 level) You are client and quality oriented You are highly reliable, adaptable and flexible You have troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills You are open to work and live in a very multicultural environment What’s in it for you? 14 salaries per year x € gross per month + up to 100€ bonus per month Accommodation allowance.
