Accountabilities, Competencies and KPI’s • Delivering programs and projects on time within agreed quality, while fulfilling the requirements and expectations agreed with stakeholders • Ability to work independently with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
• Creating & managing Mobile Network annual projects calendar, updating it regularly & sharing it with concerned teams across Technology • Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a changing environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Background in portfolio management, product delivery and/or project management • Strong organizational and co-ordination skills.
• Excellent presentation skills (communication as well as creation of slides / story telling) • Facilitate key program meetings including management of agendas & content, pre-briefing stakeholders and recording and management of actions as well as ensuring that escalations are followed through and resolved • Have Realistic approach to problem solving and issues • Strong experience in engagement with Senior Leadership and other Stakeholders Qualifications.
