* Ensure the administrative and financial management of property management files and take all necessary measures to contribute effectively to this task...
* Interact with property owners, relevant authorities and organizations (municipality, co-ownership association, etc.), and service providers...
* Respond to requests and expectations of property owners within the limits of the services included in the signed real estate management contract...
* Ensure that each guest is welcomed to a property whose customization, level of comfort, facilities, and quality of household staff consistently exceed their expectations, regardless of their location worldwide...
* Resolve any issues related to the above elements before, during, and after the guest's stay as effectively as possible to maximize their satisfaction and that of the owner....

* Monitoring the expected arrival of the client, anticipating possible needs, and preparing arrival and departure files...
* Supporting and guiding operational teams...
* Inspecting each property before rental and customizing it to meet the different needs of our clients...

* Responding to various requests from our guests during their stay...
* Acting as a strong point of the concierge service at the destination...
