At PALATIN headhunting we're actively seeking a talented Program & Release Manager – looking to consolidate his/her career coordinating complex programs across Europe with worldwide impact in a thrilling industry.Are you ready to take the next step in your career?Project & Release Manager – IT & TechnologyRole and Responsibilities:Coordinate software releases: Ensure alignment with program goals and interdependencies between systems.Design and implement release processes: Enhance software release reliability and quality through quality assurance, testing, and process improvement.Drive program management: Plan and track complex programs involving interdependent systems and teams, collaborate for issue resolution, utilize industry-standard tools, and contribute to continuous improvement within the organization.Education degree & technical experience:STEM-related field degree + Valuable relevant certifications as (Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, or SAFE Release Train Engineer and knowledge of Agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies).3-5 years of experience in release management, program management, and IT project coordination.Proficient in planning, tracking, and coordinating complex programs with interdependent systems, including expertise in release processes, mainframe, cloud coordination, compliance, cost management, DevOps collaboration, and quality assurance processes.Excellent experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Confluence/Jira) and MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and modern cloud infrastructureOther Requirements:Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Conditions & Benefits:Permanent contractEnd customer.Flexible schedule & work-life balance.Corporate special benefits.Career path and professional development.To be considered for this opportunity, please submit your updated resume in EnglishDon’t hesitate to apply!
