Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and work on a project in the vending industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent leadership skills.About our company:PASSNFLY is a dynamic and fast-evolving start-up, offering solutions to its customers through innovation and technology. We are the only company in the world offering an engine that provides automated check-in for flights. It automatically check-in passengers to their preferred seats and sends the boarding pass to their phone. We are cooperating with more than 500 airlines and are still expanding. We are now in the growing phase of transformation from a start-up to a mature company, embarking on different projects, and looking for great people to join our team.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are metIncrease commitment and goal achievement by effectively communicating expectations and providing the necessary supportUtilize time management software to track progress and identify areas for optimizationLead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentUtilize industry knowledge and experience to contribute valuable insights and recommendationsRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the vending industryStrong proficiency with time management software and project management toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teamsProactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievementExperience working remotely and effectively managing remote teamsAdditional Skills (Preferred):Familiarity with vending industry processesPrevious experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and meeting deadlines
