PROJECT MANAGER (PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION)

We seek a Payroll Implementation Project Manager contractor to join our client, a global leader in consumer services.Contracting/open for individual contractors - Duration: 12 months (with high potential to be extended)Remote work, but onsite presence is required in Madrid for in-person meetings and workshops.Description:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple country payroll implementation projects with responsibility for the deployment of ADP Celergo and Globalview to replace legacy payroll systems. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage end-to-end global implementation of ADP payroll systems with full integration to Workday and upstream/downstream applications (General Ledger, Workforce Management, Bank file transmission,etc..).Work with ADP Project Manager and In-Country ADP Partner to ensure alignment and accountability to the scope and execution of project.Identify and communicate project risks with recommended mitigation plans to program leadership.Track and bring forward lessons learned to each phase of the transformation across countries and workstreams.Accountable for project timelines and business/operational impact.Gather and translate business requirements from local country payroll teams into specifications providing recommendations for simplification and standardization based on global payroll and Workday configuration.Coordinate all testing.Follow the Payroll Transformation project methodology & framework, managing to project timelines and deliverables.Requirements:Proven project management skills with experience in using technology and/or process to improve business outcomes.Have extensive experience working on ADP Celergo and Globalview Payroll Implementation projects.Proficient in Spanish and English (Portuguese is nice to have but not mandatory).Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Demonstrated capability to work across functions/organizations.Experience working on Workday-Payroll integration implementations is an advantage.
