Would you like to work in a leading company?Would you like to join an international atmosphere and being involved in projects across Europe and with impact worldwide having the opportunity to consolidate your career?Description of role and responsibilities The Program Manager/Business Analyst/Performance Management Officer role in Mercedes-Benz is a multifaceted position responsible for managing and optimizing software development projects while also analyzing business needs and monitoring project performance. Oversee the entire lifecycle of software development projects, from project initiation to closure, managing and reporting program milestones.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals engaging in budget planning, management & tracking.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for the development team, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence, with an involvement in program communication & change management.Act as a central point of contact for project status, coordinating activities and resources to ensure project success.Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing project data and providing regular performance reports, including Risk Management & Risk Tracking.Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring that project teams meet their objectives and deadlines.Coordinates overall blueprint delivery and Program Reporting.Supports management, updates, and calculation of the business case for VdZ Europe.SLA & PO management with the European markets.Facilitates program governance including alignment with other major programs like VerSO and MBOC. Education degree & technical experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a STEM related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, business analysis, and performance management.Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are highly desirable.Required certain flexibility to travel and spend time abroad, on business trips Technical knowledge/Accountabilities Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and business analysis techniques.Proficiency in using Signavio, JIRA and Confluence for project and performance tracking.Familiarity with software development processes and IT industry standards.Strong data management skills, understanding of processes, clearly communicate milestones and deliverables to keep the program on trackDistill big picture into small tangible steps, focusing on control points that will lead to a successful execution. Strong communication skills towards teams and stakeholders.
