Descripción de la oferta En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Project Management para formar parte del equipo corporativo de ESG basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid.
FUNCIONES.
Ayudar a las unidades corporativas a ejecutar los distintos proyectos de ESG que recaen en sus áreas.
Coordinar el programa de acción social, calcular y ejecutar la huella de carbono y el plan de eficiencia energética y operacional de Savills España.
Asistir a las unidades de negocio con solicitudes de información de Sostenibilidad corporativa en licitaciones y licitaciones.
Facilitación futura de ratings ESG (ECOVADIS) Ayudar a la dirección de ESG a desarrollar documentos técnicos para reportar resultados de cumplimiento del Plan Estratégico de ESG Corporativo .
Reporting a Savills UK y a Comité ESG de Savills España documentos de concienciación (boletines, seminarios web, etc.) sobre la agenda y los programas de sostenibilidad en Savills.
Creación de contenidos de comunicación ESG en colaboración con las Líneas de Negocio y Comunicación Corporativa para la Memoria de Sostenibilidad de Savills España.
Participación en Eventos externos de ESG, actualización de la regulación ESG y los marcos ESG de vanguardia voluntarios.
Desarrollo de estudios de ESG sobre el sector inmobiliario junto con los equipos de research.
Elaboración de white papers y presentaciones para formación interna sobre temas relacionados con ESG y coordinar e implantar aquellos provenientes de Savills UK.
Requisitos Licenciatura en Ciencias ambientales.
Ingenieria industrial.
Quimicas, Biologicas.
Conocimiento de marcos de reporting de ESG, huella de carbono y gestión de proyectos.
Alto nivel de inglés.
3-5 años de experiencia en consultoría de ESG y/o en departamento interno de ESG.
Dominio de excel y ppt.
Perfil organizado, extrovertido, analítico con alta capacidad de interlocución.
