SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPER - (SOLAR PLANTS)

It is an exciting time in the evolution of their business, and they are looking for energetic, committed Senior Project Developers to help deliver on their aim to be a solvent company, capable of executing valuable projects for the society and the environment. You will be in charge of the projects assigned to you, from Greenfield to Ready to Build, interacting with the necessary administrations and agencies to obtain all the necessary licenses, permits and authorisations. The suitable candidate will based in the any of the following locations: Greater Madrid, Seville, Andalusia or Greater Bilbao. Your responsibilities:Identify, assess, develop and track potential opportunities for BESS and large-scale Solar PV project sites taking into account the resource conditions, any restrictions, planning law and or any environmental constraints.Management of the whole approval process cycle until reaching the readiness for construction of large-scale PV projects.Management and negotiation of co-development agreements and project follow-upManage local stakeholders such as municipalities, landowners, authorities, agricultural coops, and farmers.Support in the "Due Diligence" phase of acquisition operations.Coordination with the legal, technical and administrative departments.Management and negotiation of agreements with land owners.Management and contact with all entities and Public Administrations for obtaining all permits until the project reaches "Ready to Build" status.Contracting and management of bids with external engineering and environmental consultancies and definition of the scope and deadline for delivery of the documentation.RequirementsSoft Skills: A structured, problem-solving and agreement-oriented person. Proactive and self-learning attitude. Ability to work in a team and on your own. Good communication and negotiation skills. Analytical skills.MS Office. AutoCad will be a plus.Professional with more than 3/4 years of experience in the processing and development of PV projects from Greenfield to Ready to build in Spain.Willingness to travel, both to visit construction sites and to visit Public Administrations and agencies during the development of assigned projects.Intermediate level of English.On offer:Competitive compensation, including performance bonus, pension etc.Full time position with Flexible Compensation/ScheduleRemote work 2 days a week.
