equirements to meet4-6 years of experience in a professional services organization such as Consulting, Executive Search, Financial Services, Market Research, or Start-up companiesExperience in team management (ideally 7-10 people with a different level of seniority) including coaching & mentoring, performance management, and talent developmentStrong academic background - a University degree with demonstrated high academic achievementExceptional stakeholder/customer management skills and the ability to nurture these relationships to achieve business resultsBeing comfortable with the fast-paced, dynamic and customer-centric environment.
