PROJECT COORDINATOR - CX DATA SERVICES

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of CX Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators, and other team members. Entry-Level PositionYour Role and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.Ensure daily communication with the Department Lead to know project status and set scheduling and priorities.Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects or within the team.Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.Ensure the quality of Centific’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements.Support to Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of CX Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of CX Data Services.Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseYou have a linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similarYou have a good command of oral and written EnglishYou have experience managing projects or as a translator/reviewerYou have technical curiosity and you have worked in different technical environmentsYou are an advanced user of ExcelYou can detect and solve any potential issues of diverse natures You are an advanced user of text editors (Word, LibreOffice, etc.)You are an organized and efficient person, able to follow a tight scheduleYou have experience in office environmentsYou have high attention to detail and sensibility towards quality workWhat we offerOnsite WorkFull Time Employment; Permanent ContractSchedule: 5 days/week (Mon- Fri)Attractive Remuneration PackageFlexible benefits to maximize you net salary (ticket restaurant, nursery vouchers, transport card, health insurance for your family)Top Private Health Care InsuranceCareer Growth OpportunitiesSkills Enhancement through Udemy BusinessPerks: Centific Club de BenefitsWork in a well-established Multinational CompanySupportive international teamAbout CentificCentific is a global digital technology services company with solutions across various industries.
