What´s like to work in Softonic ! About the position As a Trainee Product Specialist, you will be immersed in the dynamic world of product management, learning the ropes of owning and optimizing products to deliver value to customers.
You will work closely with the Product Team, Engineers, and stakeholders to contribute to the success of our Core product while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.
REQUIREMENTS Key responsibilities Assist in implementing and improving products under guidance, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.
Work alongside the Product Team, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand product strategies, contribute to roadmap discussions, and participate in defining product objectives.
Learn to plan and prioritize product backlogs using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, under supervision, ensuring alignment with team priorities and goals.
Support in articulating user stories with guidance, ensuring the Engineering Team comprehends priorities and requirements effectively.
Gain exposure to data-driven product management by assisting in the development, monitoring, and reporting of product KPIs.
Learn to plan and analyze A/B tests to improve key metrics.
Observe and participate in communication efforts to ensure alignment of product roadmap with stakeholder needs, market demands, and company strategy.
Acquire knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including participation in ceremonies, backlog management, and identification of dependencies/blockers.
Learn to utilize agile product management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms to support effective product development and management processes.
Minimum experience and qualifications You are studying a Bootcamp in Product and you can sign a convent with your school You have strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
You have passion for learning and a keen interest in product management principles and practices.
Familiarity with basic data analysis concepts and tools.
Previous exposure to online products, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
