PRODUCT MANAGER WITH MEDTECH EXPERIENCE WITH ENGLISH

As the Product Manager you will be instrumental in bringing the company's product vision to life by undertaking three core responsibilities. Firstly, you will serve as the crucial link between our product vision and the development team, translating customer needs and market requirements into actionable development requirements, stories, and tasks. Your prioritization of the product backlog will be paramount throughout the product development process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Moreover, your dedication to ensuring the final product meets customer needs and market expectations is pivotal. This involves daily collaboration with the product development team to document requirements, rigorous testing with beta customers, and continuous validation of product prototypes and new releases. Your role extends beyond development tasks to encompass effective liaison with cross-functional teams, ensuring escalations and defects are swiftly triaged, prioritized, and remediated.
Tasks

Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the long-term vision of the company.
Lead the prioritization and sequencing of features and functionalities to be developed.
Align with the product manager to respect and drive set expectations for the development team regarding timelines and deliverables.
Gather user, patient, and customer needs through various channels such as surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions.
Prioritize these needs based on their impact on the user experience and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into actionable product requirements and features. Make sure this includes internal business needs from various departments such as Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
Own design outputs related to design control documents - product design validation, labelling and labels, Including plans, protocols, and reports.
Document and maintain all validation activities and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the validation process.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to facilitate the approval process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any identified issues and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure ongoing product quality and compliance.

Requirements

2 - 5 years of working experience as a Product Manager or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in a product management or product owner role within the medical device industry
Experience in bringing successful products to market
Experience in development tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Aha!, Rally, Jira or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and quality management systems
Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of human factors engineering and usability principles in medical device design
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with risk management and clinical validation is highly valuable
Fluency in English required (English is the company language)
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
