In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product management for an entire business line or for a core part of our insurance platform. Our insurance platform offers a wide spectrum of capabilities including customer acquisition tools, CRM, agency management, policy administration, payments, insurance management, and internal tools.You will work as part of a rapidly growing team in a fast-paced environment, managing large-scale initiatives that have global reach, improve our customers’ experience, and impact operational teams across the organization. You will collaborate with software engineers and other product managers as well a large cross-functional team of Operations, Sales and Business teams. We expect massive growth over the next few years, which means you can expect plenty of opportunities to learn and advance your career.A TYPICAL DAYWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively to: Define the product vision and roadmap for capabilities in our digital insurance platformConduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizingOwn customer discovery and continuous evaluation of product-market fitCollect, analyze, and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user dataDevelop, test, and launch new products and featuresAnalyze and manage business and product performance to meet and exceed our goalsCommunicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and set appropriate expectationsWork closely with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship high-quality, user-centric products and features WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in technical/digital product managementDemonstrated success in defining, building, and launching full-scale digital products that had a positive business impactAbility to determine and prioritize requirements from multiple sources, and deliver solutions that go beyond customer asks to solve what is neededExperience making high-level design and implementation decisions in partnership with product, design, and engineering teams in an agile environmentStrong analytical skills and deep experience with tools such as Looker and Mixpanel to measure business performance and product adoptionWillingness to roll up your sleeves and get things doneStrong consensus and relationship-building skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentOutstanding communication skills across all mediums (presentations, stories, verbal) ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:Your first contact with CoverWallet will be through an HR interview with one of our colleagues from the Talent Acquisition area. We would love to know your professional and academic career, and of course, your motivations and expectations for a new professional project. You will meet one Product colleague, who will explain to you in more detail what the team's day-to-day life is and its responsibilities.If everything has gone well and you have impressed our colleague... we advance to the Second Product Interview! In line with the previous one, you will meet one more Product colleague. In total, there could be around 2 more Product interviews. During this time, the team will be considering your product fundamentals, analytical skills, problem-solving, and background.If you've made it this far, things are getting interesting... It's time for your Final Interview! In this case, you will have the opportunity to meet our Product VP, who will close the selection process with an interview aimed at getting to know you not only on a professional and technical level but also on a personal level, so that both of you can reach the conclusion of whether the purpose of our project fits with your professional aspirations.
