e are seeking an experienced senior candidate to join our team as a Product Director for our Checkout Landing - Zinia.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for both consumer and merchant-facing products.
You will drive product vision, define go-to-market strategies, create product roadmaps, lead UX decisions, and steer technical implementation discussions..
s a Product Director your main responsibilities will include.
ustomer.
nsure alignment and coherence of Zinia products across geographies, programs, and public landings.
ead RFPs from a Product perspective.
upervise the CX of the new Zinia products in the portfolio.
erchant.
ead the definition of the merchant experience improvements in Zinia.
Onboarding, integrations, Billing & Settlement, and Communications.
lign and define prioritization for new value proposition features for merchants and its roadmap.
upervise the Zinia public landings for merchants.
o be successful in the role you must haveBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business administration, Engineering or related fields.
roven experience with high responsibility level in relevant positions to the job.
onsumer finance Services experience and/or experience in related fields., (Pref).
xperience in product management in the global payments/financing industry.
X, customer conversion, regulatory analytical perspective.
ayment gateways, transaction flows, value-added services around merchants and payments, from the business and technical sides.
uperior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
ustomer focused & business oriented.
trong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
igh level of English.
ther languages would be a plus (Spanish, German, Italian, French...).
