We are looking for a Product Associate to help us create & deliver expert knowledge-based content to our clients.

bout the roleThe Product Associate creates expert knowledge-based contentReporting to the Knowledge Team Manager, you will focus on creating content products using our clients’ requests to help identify key questions.
Working within a team, your goal is to increase the ways our clients access knowledge and to generate more opportunities for experts to engage through the Arbolus platform.
You will partner with Sales & Delivery to distribute products to our clients.

ngage constantly with Arbolus clients and experts to create contentExecute on multiple concurrent projects daily with fast-paced timelinesUse proprietary Arbolus’ technology to meet our goalsPartner with Sales & Delivery teams to identify the critical themes driving our clients' knowledge gapsDevelop cross-functional skills in product development, business development, community engagement, and marketingSupport testing of new approaches and capture market feedbackImprove the value proposition for our experts by identifying more opportunities for them to engage with Arbolus clientsPlay a key role in Arbolus’ commercial strategy, helping to shape go-to-market activities for some of its largest revenue opportunities.
