o/ Vista’s Product Analytics team directly embeds in Vista’s product organization to drive forward strategic opportunities to optimize the customer experience and empower product teams with data.
You will be an analyst supporting multiple product teams, partnering closely with product management, UX, engineering to provide insights and recommendations throughout the product development lifecycle.
We are looking for a driven Analyst who has a consulting attitude, striving to both bolster the evidence used in product team decision-making and proactively identify high-value events and interactions within Vista’s product.
You are technical but, at the same time, can convey the business meaning behind a sophisticated set of metrics and drive concrete recommendations.
What You Will Do.
Identify areas of opportunity and drive value for our customers by navigating customer engagement, business, and transactional data through the use of multiple dashboards, data sources, and analytical techniques.
Act as a data and insights consultant throughout the product development lifecycle in product discovery, solution design, and experimentation areas.
Support product teams in reporting and monitoring their metrics.
Facilitate the creation of new reporting and build custom visualizations.

Please don't hesitate to apply even if you don't meet the exact qualifications, we look forward to learning more about you! 1+ years in an analytics environment and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Basic skills or experience in SQL (Snowflake) and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding important patterns and trends in the data.
Strong problem-solving skills (ability to translate a business ask into a very concrete question and ultimately drive actionable insights through analysis).
Compelling communication (able to explain your point clearly based on your audience).
Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and consistent record of effectively delivering on projects supporting multiple business partners with data-driven decision-making   Nice to Have.
Experience with web analytics data and tools (e.
.
Google Analytics 360 + Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric).
Experience with Optimizely, Statsig, or similar experimentation tools.
Other programming languages (e.
., Python, R).
