We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join their growing team in Barcelona.ResponsibilitesSpearhead the research and development of groundbreaking solutions in power electronics tailored for automotive applications, from initial concept to mass productionLead electronic hardware design and simulations, ensuring robustness and efficiency in every stage of developmentInnovate and validate signal sensing and processing circuits, as well as high-voltage and high-power converters, meeting diverse automotive requirementsConduct thorough theoretical analyses to anticipate worst-case scenarios, guiding component sizing and stress tests to ensure reliability under all conditionsCraft comprehensive test procedures to meticulously verify hardware designs and validate performance against stringent criteriaDesign for and navigate various automotive and safety qualifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsProduce detailed design specifications, schematics, test records, bill of materials, datasheets, and application notes to document and communicate project progress and outcomesCriteriaRelevant higher degree5+ years of experience as a Power Electronics Hardware Development Engineer in Automotive or Solar industrySolid experience in analog, power conversion and High VoltageExperience in collaborating with layout engineers, define constraints of high-density mixed signals and high-power boardsExperience in ORCAD design tools (Capture and Allegro) and simulation for electrical circuits such as SPICE/LTSPICE/PSIMFast learner and a great team playerThey offer technical innovation, an international team, a nice compensation package, a hybrid work mode in their Barcelona office, flexibility, and a place where you can make a real impact!
