With subsidiaries in Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, Colombia and USA.GdC Beauty Group was born after the start of a strategic plan for sustainable growth with a clear objective: to become a leading international group.We have strong brands that are recognized for their quality and values.WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIFE BE LIKE IN THE DIGITAL DEPARTMENT OF GDC BEAUTY GROUP?The candidate will be expected to improve paid media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions in coordination with the CMO, Head of Digital and Ads Agency.Main objective: Drive the best-qualified traffic at GdC store through paid media strategy, leading to increased traffic, conversion & e-commerce salesYou are responsible for: Ensuring daily execution of the traffic strategy to drive sales in the GDC StoreCreating D2C campaign and always-on agency briefing for SEM, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic, Paid social..Overviewing baseline traffic per channel & category (where do we need to act when revenue behind).Stalkeholder management with media agencies and subsidiaries.Responsabilities:Platform Selection and Management: Identify the most suitable advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik-Tok, etc.) based on the target audience and campaign goals.Manage accounts on these platforms in collaboration with agency, including setting up and review campaigns, ad groups, targeting parameters, and budget allocation.Keyword Research and Ad Copywriting: For search engine advertising (such as Google Ads), conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and create compelling ad copy to attract clicks and conversions in collaboration with ads agency.Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams or designers to develop engaging ad creatives (such as images, videos, or carousel ads) that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.Budget Management and Optimization: monitor advertising budgets closely and adjust bids and spending allocations to optimize campaign performance and achieve maximum return on investment (ROAS).Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance metrics (such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, etc.) across different campaigns and platforms.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.A/B Testing and Experimentation: make and implement A/B tests and experiments to evaluate different ad creatives, messaging, targeting options, and bidding strategies to identify what resonates best with the audience and drives the highest ROAS in collaboration with ads agency.Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Seach and identy the audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other criteria, ensuring to get the objectives.Ad Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.Communicate findings to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve future campaigns.Stay Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices: Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features on advertising platforms to stay ahead of the curve and implement best practices for maximizing campaign effectiveness.RequirementsExperience in driving sales campaign programs and always-on campaignsCultivate cross-functional/teams collaboration and acts as a coordinator of activationData-driven, strategic mindset with a holistic approach to the day to day online sales.Capacity to develop compelling ad creatives, engaging messaging, and innovative campaign strategies to capture audience attention and drive conversions.A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field is often required or master's degree or specialized certifications in digital marketing or advertising. (Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint is a plus)3 years experience in client or agency working in digital marketing, advertising, or related roles.
