Lo specialista di Packet Core Operation gestisce una rete a pacchetto in ambiente multi-vendor.
Esegue troubleshooting di secondo livello e si occupa di attività preventive e correttive garantendo qualità delle performance della rete, assicurando continuità nei servizi trasportati e ripristino degli elementi di rete che ha in gestione Principali responsabilità.
• In caso di incidente, assicura analisi attraverso troubleshooting ed esecuzione delle azioni correttive, incluse l’ingaggio del fornitore, al fine di garantire il ripristino del servizio e delle performance di rete.
• Esegue attività di manutenzione preventiva, ad es.
controlli sullo stato di funzionamento degli apparati, per prevenire incidenti e ottimizzare costantemente le performance di rete in tutti i Network Element che gestisce.
• Risolve tutti i problemi legati alla segnalazione dei clienti all’interno degli SLA concordati.
Traccia e analizza vari elementi della Core Network (SGSN, GGSN, DNS, MME, S/P-GW, PCRF, DPI, MSP, DEA/DSR etc.).
Analizza protocolli e trend dei servizi end to end.
• Condivide le conoscenze al fine di accrescere le competenze tecniche di altri membri del team coinvolti nelle attività di attivazione e manutenzione nella rete.
Introduce e gestisce tecnologie innovative, partecipa ai corsi di formazione con il fornitore o direttamente durante le attività pratiche.
• Assicura l’esecuzione di attività pianificate e SW/HW upgrade degli elementi della Packet Core.
Prende in carico e realizza nuovi servizi, garantendo qualità e evitando impatti su funzionalità già in uso.
Set minimo di competenze, conoscenze ed esperienze richieste.
• Laurea Universitaria.
facolta’ di Ingegneria Elettronica, Informatica o delle Telecomunicazioni.
• Comprensione approfondita dei protocolli nella rete Packet Core (IP, TCP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, Radius, SIGTRAN, Diameter Interfaces, 5G) e analisi di problemi attraverso tracing e troubleshooting end to end.
Conoscenza di elementi di scripting (Linux, Python, Ansible) Nice to have.
ulteriori qualifiche tecniche e professionali.
• Buona conoscenza dell’architettura di rete mobile, inclusa quella Volte con esperienza nei principali fornitori di tecnologia (Ericsson, Openwawe, Nokia, Huawei) • Conoscenze Telco Over Cloud e livelli di virtualizzazione come VMWARE, degli ambienti corporate e dei relativi protocolli (MPLS/ IPSEC Tunnel) • Conoscenza approfondita dell’Italiano e Inglese (letto, scritto e parlato).
