About UsAt Ibiza Interiors we are a 15-people studio in the Northern part of Ibiza, currently working on over 20 projects, of which most are on the island, but we also have projects in Amsterdam, New York, and Mexico at the moment. We are challenging our designers to be handling the complete scope of the projects, from concept design to the end of the execution. Our projects often consist of total renovations, including all finishes, fixtures and technical plans. With some projects we do the complete interior, so also kitchens, bathrooms, curtains, furniture etc. This will require, besides proposing, designing, selecting furniture, also some organisational talent!About The RoleAs an Order Specialist, we are looking for someone with experience handeling orders, processing quotes and invoices, resolving client claims about orders but also help on the general organisation of the studio, assisting the Office Manager.Full time position - 40h a week.Immediate incorporation ideally.Working on interior design projects, demonstrating a high level of organisation.Working closely with suppliers and brands, keeping up to date catalogues and pricelists.Working and collaborating with other team members like managers, juniors and interns.Working in a brand new renovated office in Ibiza with an international and friendly vibe team.About YouYou are fluent in Spanish and English.You live in Ibiza island or you are willing to relocate.You have a hand-on and resourcefull mentality.You are fluent in dealing with suppliers and team members.You must have a valid work permit for Spain.You are organised with an eye for the small details and can work independently.You enjoy working with numbers, quotes and invoices.You thrive in collaboration, possessing a clear personal vision while excelling in team environments.Communication is paramount, as is the ability to work seamlessly.You are enthusiastic and motivated to learn and discover new things all the time.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Business Administrarion, or relevant discipline.Demonstrated a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably within the retail industry in Spain.Strong grasp of commercial and financial aspects of projects.You have mastered programs such as: - Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc...- Accounting platforms (Talenom in our case is a plus)- Management apps (Asana, Harvest...)- Bank platformsYou are fluent in Spanish and English.You possess a driver's licence and a car or an adequate means of transport.Why choose Ibiza Interiors?Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:Indefinite professional contract with competitive remuneration based on experience.Continued training provided by the company.Possibility of growing in a collaborative, multidisciplinary and vibrant environment, with international character and vocation, developing leading projects in your sector.Our local studios serve as primary hubs for in-person connection and collaboration, and we offer adaptable work arrangements.
