It is this combination that sets us apart as an employer and characterizes life at SARIA.We are excited for you to become part of our team and fully join the adventure ahead.If you want to work with us and be part of our team as:Operations Sales & Purchasing Manager ecoMotion(Barcelona area)Objectives:As a Operations Sales and Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, under the guidance of the CSO of ecoMotion JV, and executing strategies to drive sales of the different final products and co-products, manage the operations supply of raw materials and additives/auxiliars. This role involves optimizing supply and sales daily logistics operations, overseeing the sales and purchases, negotiating contracts and staying abreast of market trends to ensure the success and growth of the ecoMotion business.Key Responsabilities:• Overseeing the entire supply chain, from production (to ensure an efficient and consistent supply) to sales distribution.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for all final products and co-products (BHO, glycerine, fertilizer...) as well for all the supply (raw material such as animal fat and additives such as methanol).• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other relevant partners.• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any disputes that may arise.• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.• Analyze data to make informed decisions about pricing, product positioning, and market entry.• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the biofuel industry.• Stay informed and collaborate with legal and regulatory teams about changes in sustainability policies and industry regulations.• Create regular reports on purchases and sales and report them to the CSO of ecoMotion JVWhat are we looking for? We are looking for professionals with sales or purchasing experience in Biofuels and Biogas sector.5 years’ experience in similar positionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong capacity for global and transversal business visionCustomer and Goals orientedStrong leadership skillsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, or related fields.Proven experience in sales, creating budgets, managing invoices, and dealing with customers and suppliers.Good understanding of biofuels and biogas markets.Spanish and English proficiency (C1/C2).
