NW PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Your day to day.
Manages German Network Portfolio with stakeholders from Business, Networks and IT.
Creates DE Market reports focusing on planned and inflight project portfolio including imminent escalations.
Drives alignment with other portfolio managers and automation / harmonization of reporting.

•    Driving the monthly Project Portfolio Review Meetings with main Stakeholders (Business, Networks, IT) to prevent escalations and foster a close relationship.
•    Support project set-up discussion and risk and issue escalation processes.
•    Create and contribute to reports for the DE market – focusing on planned and inflight project portfolio including imminent escalations, call for actions etc.
•    Definition and monitoring of portfolio KPIs as well as preparing in depth data analysis regarding Portfolio Data in the portfolio tool.
•    Driving automation and harmonization of reports to create synergies and consistent status of programs and project.
•    Support the lean processes to estimate the ability to deliver and effort of the different Network areas as well as supporting prioritization discussions.
•    Harmonizing and optimizing the portfolio function.

Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of the different network areas, products, and services.
