As a Global Data & Analytics Manager you will be part of the Digital Experience and Platforms Center of Excellence.
The team is responsible for developing and implementing the global omnichannel and personalization strategy across all related subdomains, including data collection, customer data platforms, and journey activation capabilities for both B2C and B2B brands.
These strategies are deployed in over 50 countries.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with other managers in our team and external stakeholders from business and IT departments to define the strategy for your domain and lead its execution, implementation, and adoption across various verticals.
To advance our goals, we are seeking a motivated and innovative Data expert.
This individual will bring experience, fresh ideas, and creative thinking to enhance our marketing automation and personalization efforts.
The focus will be on generating business value, improving user experience, and maintaining exceptional product quality for leading lighting brands such as Philips Hue, WiZ, Signify, and Interact in both B2C and B2B markets.
What you’ll do   Strategy Development   Develop and execute a global Data Strategy and Insights Framework aligned with company objectives and business unit goals.
Own the design of analytics models, performance measures, and strategic roadmaps.
Standardize Data Collection strategy using server-side implementations to enhance first-party data collection.
Measurement, Reporting, and Data Collection   Transition to server-side data processing to improve data integration with our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and third-party applications.
Automate and standardize Digital Marketing reports & dashboards.
Implement a self-service reporting strategy using existing tools (Adverity, Adobe Analytics, CJA).
Develop a KPI Framework to measure commercial excellence and identify market opportunities.
Customer Experience Intelligence   Oversee the management of Digital Experience and Commercial Data assets, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Support AI/ML model development to maximize customer data value.
Cross-functional Collaboration   Provide strategic frameworks for leveraging customer data in targeted engagement initiatives.
Ensure relevant data sources are integrated and available for decision-making.
Develop global data platforms in collaboration with Global Platform & Architectural teams.
Change Management and Development   Centralize governance of web analytics solutions and ensure data harmonization and quality across platforms.
Implement robust data governance and change management processes.
Adoption and Stakeholder Engagement   Partner with marketing teams to enhance the use of customer data for personalized marketing.
Educate stakeholders on data-driven strategies and develop roadmaps to increase data acquisition and targeting capabilities.
Environment and R&D   Act as the subject matter expert in Marketing Analytics, managing tag solutions like GTM and Adobe Launch and preparing for adjustments in a cookieless world.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)   Data Availability   Data Quality   RFV Model   Number of data-driven growth initiatives   Your qualifications   Comprehensive Business Understanding and Technical Acumen with proficiency in front-end technologies, digital analytics tools, and tag management solutions.
Experience with data programming in SQL and/or Python.
Proven leadership in driving business transformation and data-related roles.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Master’s degree in Analytics, Information Management, or related field.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
