is currently recruiting for a Manager, Contracting Solutions, located in Raritan, New Jersey.

As the Manager within Contracting Solutions (CS), you will have responsibility in key areas of.
Project & Change Management, Problem Identification, Triage & Resolution, and leadership of resources supporting pharma contracting.
The CS team leads both domestic and international projects supporting Johnson & Johnson contracting.
Our team is also responsible for the daily identification, triage, and remediation of issues, defects, and data maintenance of Pharmaceutical contacting system.
You will lead teams, evaluating metrics and team performance, identifying short and long-term goals, as well as serve to be the key representative in strategic and tactical discussions with our franchise partners.
In addition, your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with audit procedures and SOPs and collaborating with internal and external business partners to recommend standard methodologies in support of our franchise contract strategies.
Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate and influence Customers, Operating Partners, Account Management, Contracting (including Government), Regional Process Center, and the US Commercial Programs Legal Group to ensure alignment of goals for the best outcome for the Customer and the organization.
Responsible for owning, leading, and/or supporting associates on multiple initiatives designed to streamline processes, improve automation, and/or drive standardization.
These initiatives can range in impact from departmental to enterprise-wide.
Work closely with senior management and will often be required to lead customer opportunities with short turn-around times.
Aggressively seek opportunities to drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies.
Own planning and development of testing strategies for Model N Flex contracting system during builds and upgrades.
Perform trend analysis; interpret data and reports to recommend operational efficiencies and/or strategy implementations.
Research problems of broad scope (sales, payments, customer structure, product structure and data history) and recommend solutions.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with customers, franchise contract teams, and vendors.
Qualifications Required.
Minimum of eight (8) year’s direct healthcare contracting business experience Experience in contracting strategies, contract operations, government pricing, sales, marketing, or finance in the health care industry Experience with Model N Demonstrated partnership or leadership with projects and/or in cross-functional teams Preferred.
Contract Management experience with demonstrated working knowledge of end-to-end contracting continuum Understanding of Government pricing calculations, Medicaid rebate contracting and payments People management and leadership skills Creating SQL queries and data analysis Tableau or Master Data Management (MDM) system experience Other.
Up to 10% domestic travel required with limited travel to Somerville NJ and other J&J facilities in NJ and PA The anticipated base pay range for this position is $.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.  Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
