MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER

They stand as a beacon of progress, seamlessly integrating the latest tech trends to redefine the digital landscape.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a Management Controller with expertise in service management, project delivery, and SLA management. The candidate will oversee the financial and operational aspects of our project-based services, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. The role involves managing work-in-progress (WIP), risk assessment, and tracking project milestones to optimize efficiency and profitability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Financial Oversight:Implement financial control processes for project budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.Coordinate with project managers to ensure financial integrity and accuracy in project reporting.Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management:Monitor adherence to SLAs, ensuring services are delivered in compliance with contractual obligations.Develop financial models related to SLA performance and penalties, guiding negotiations, and revisions.Work-In-Progress (WIP) Management:Manage and report on WIP accounts, providing visibility into unbilled project work and its financial impact.Collaborate with project teams to streamline billing cycles and reduce WIP balances.Risk and Milestone Tracking:Conduct financial risk assessments for projects, incorporating risk mitigation into planning and execution.Oversee financial aspects of project milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and objectives.Internal Controls and Process Improvement:Establish and maintain internal controls over project financial processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process improvements.Evaluate and optimize financial systems and tools for project management and reporting.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the project management office (PMO), service delivery teams, and client account managers to align financial and operational strategies.Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to discuss project financial performance, forecasts, and strategic adjustments.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with a focus on project management or service delivery.Professional certification in finance or project management (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP) is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in financial control or project accounting, with a strong background in managing service projects and SLAs.Proficiency in project management software, financial reporting tools, and advanced Excel.Solid understanding of project lifecycle, WIP, risk management, and performance metrics.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
