LLM PROJECT MANAGER

The LLM Project Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in AI Data projects within our Delivery team. They are entrusted with overseeing project delivery, driving AI initiatives, and ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives. This role involves engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation, and taking ownership of project financials.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage AI Data projects from receipt to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.Drive complex AI projects, identifying potential risks and planning strategies to mitigate them effectively while maintaining alignment with project goals.Contribute to long-term planning initiatives, aligning project efforts with broader organizational objectives and strategies.Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand expectations and capabilities, facilitating effective communication between client and internal teams.Analyze existing workflows, propose enhancements, and implement changes to optimize processes and drive efficiency.Optimize resource allocation, leveraging internal and crowd sourcing capabilities to meet project demands, including assembling teams when necessary.Take ownership of project financials, from cost estimation to billing, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Leadership skills to lead Project Coordinators and Project Assistants.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Linguistics or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on business growth.Proven track record in successfully leading and delivering projects, managing teams, and fostering stakeholder relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented and results-driven approach.Experience in building and managing teams through crowd sourcing methodologies.Excellent communication in English and other languages is a plus.Additional ResponsibilitiesReview daily production reports and oversee timekeeping records.Collaborate with project developers for updates and address project-specific issues.Identify process improvements and promote efficiency within the project workflow.Complete End of Day (EOD) reporting to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs relevant to the project.What we offerHybrid Work – Barcelona, SpainFull Time Employment; PermanentSchedule: 5 days/week (Mon- Fri)Flexible benefits to maximize you net salary (ticket restaurant, nursery vouchers, transport card, health insurance for your family)Top Private Health Care InsuranceCareer Growth OpportunitiesSkills Enhancement through Udemy BusinessPerks: Centific Club de BenefitsWork in a well-established Multinational CompanySupportive international teamAbout CentificCentific is a global digital technology services company with solutions across various industries.
