We are looking for a German-speaking Live Advisor (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

- Full time 39 hours/week contract.

- Presenting on public, and internal facing video content - Deliver excellent customer service on each call - Increase sales conversion rate from query to purchase - Answer queries efficiently - Provide market related insights and feedback - Make scriptwriting and translations - Create and present training content - Support the contact center team by taking phone calls and chats - Support for filming tasks as required including potential sporadic out of office hours   Well be a great match if you.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English.
