Real Estate Development A fianco del Real Estate Development Manager | Responsabile Sviluppo entrerai in contatto con molteplici interlocutori, parteciperai alle attività di valutazione e di gestione delle operazioni immobiliari, sarai coinvolto nella raccolta di informazioni e nella gestione della documentazione tecnico-amministrativa necessaria per l’apertura di un Punto Vendita.
Construction A fianco del Construction Manager | Responsabile Tecnico apprenderai come viene organizzata e gestita una gara d’appalto, ti recherai in cantiere per monitorare l’andamento dei lavori e la loro qualità, comunicherai con gli enti preposti per la gestione delle pratiche di costruzione e apertura di un Punto Vendita.
