Powerpoints?Do you consider yourself an analytical profile?The Junior Product Manager will be in charge of giving support to the development of the business in the region, reporting to the Marketing Manager, for the professional hair care brands he/she will be assigned.MAJOR DUTIES• MASTER PLAN EXECUTION: participate in adapting and implementing the master plan in the different markets.Includes: Forecasting, co-operation with Demand planning, Pricing, Go to Market strategy, deployment and adaptation of assets, presentations to the markets.• PROMOTIONS: control the promotional materials portfolio and the allocated budget.Includes: spot needs, give ideas, do the purchase process, control stocks, coordinate distributors’ forecasting.• EDUCATION AND EVENTS: coordinate education calendar, in line with market priorities and allocated budget.Includes: organize trainings for hairdressers and educators, participate in events organization.• DIGITAL: give support for Distributors to develop their digital presence (social media, ecom, education).Includes: sharing assets with distributors, facilitating and controling implementation of global initiatives, follow up per market.• SALES ANALYSISIncludes: monthly sales report, post-mortems.KNOWLEDGES & SKILLSMarketing Experience in Pro or FMCG : 2-4 years.Fluent English.SAP.Good communication skills.Analytical Skills.Someone responsible with initiave, organized and customer oriented.EDUCATIONMarketing Degree/ Business/ ADE.
