Context and purpose of the job:Within the HR Department of our branch, you will join our team supporting the activities, assisting the employees, ensure compliance with labor regulations, manage administration tasks and give cross functional support within different departments of the head office and also the stores. As we are an international company, you will work with different countries (Spain and Portugal), supporting local teams, meeting their needs and providing accurate advice and assistance. You will be an important and crucial point of touch for our employees. Responsibilities:Control: Keeping employee-related documents up-to-date and filing them, such as contracts, payrolls, among others.Selection, and New Employee Orientation: Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Coordinating the onboarding of new employees, providing them with information about company policies, benefits, and internal procedures.Administration: Processing the necessary information for salary payment, including hours worked, bonuses, benefits, among others.Records Maintenance: Updating and maintaining the employee database with accurate and relevant information (Personio user is a plus!)and Vacation Management: Recording and keeping track of employee absences, leaves, and vacations.Administration: Assisting in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, tickets restaurant and other employee benefits.Issue Resolution: Serving as a point of contact to resolve employee-related issues, such as workplace conflicts, complaints, or inquiries about company policies.Activities: Managing training activities in line with HQ and following the company's guidelines, organizing local training programs, subsidized training (FUNDAE), identification of training needs, etc. and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding hiring, working conditions, and other related areas. Monitoring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and standards set by relevant authorities and implementing necessary measures to address any non-compliance issues.Requirements: Must have skills: Degree on Business, Law or Labor Relations is required.At least two years of experience in similar roles, possibly within the fashion industry.Excellent analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel. High interest in working in a dynamic team and fast paced environment.Agile mindset – open to change and able to problem solve and adapt when needed.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude!High English level is mandatory. Nice to have skills: Master’s degree in human resourcesKnowledge of SAP, Personio, Cegid.
