JUNIOR CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIST

We are seeking a Strategist to join our Strategy Team in Barcelona and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. While a certain level of knowledge and experience in Customer Engagement is important, senior expertise is not required. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that strengthen our connection with customers.Main responsibilitiesAnalyzing customer data to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and pain points. Supporting the creation of Engagement Strategies: defining strategies to engage customers across various channels such as email, live chat, social media and in-person interactions.Providing knowledge about how to build strong and relevant relationships with customers, providing personalized interactions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to problems.Creating customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints and interactions across all channels. Collaborating across departments. You will work closely with the following teams: data, experience design, creativity, social media, client leads… Preparation and presentation of strategic documents.Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience working in customer engagement or a similar role. Experience and good understanding of Brand Strategy, Communication and the basic principles of customer relationship management and digital marketing. Curious, up-to-date, and willing to learn. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer engagement initiatives. Highly collaborative.
