HAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Junior Analyst for our in-house IAM software, your will join the current IAM Team helping to set up new App integrations used both by SCIB employees and clients, giving support by applying the change requests received though Service Now and helping to solve any issues or incidents in our IAM service.
e need someone like you to help us in different fronts.
articipation in the IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations.
articipation in the evolutions of the App Integrations Model applying new business needs.
oordinating with the Functional IAM Team in order to define the right Authorization Model for app Integrations.
ssisting the IAM Functional Lead.
roviding N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets.
ollaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development.
XPERIENCE1 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team.
DUCATIONBachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training.
KILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience in IAM software administration and support.
eneral Technical skills regarding IAM.
gile Tools Experience.
Kanban, Jira, Confluence Service Now.
2 English and fluency Spanish.
