Delivery is a trusted partner maintaining Information Technology systems from a Technical and Functional point of view, driving, implementing and supporting all the activities on that function. The Delivery function is the responsible for all IT operations to support the Business, aligned with the different HEINEKEN functions within the OpCo (supporting the projects and the day-by-day IT operations supporting Commerce, Supply Chain and support functions).The core activities of the PCD specialist are to lead the management, projects on day-by-day operations from a functional & technical perspective about PCD on the four breweries and follow-up operations with the different incumbents in charge of support to infrastructure and applications supporting the PCDs, and Functions/processes in the following areas:PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:PCD: Lead the support on this area to PCD for the four breweries, in terms of infrastructure and network that supports the production as well as interact with the different application providers supporting the PCDIT/OT: Working closely with architects to design, test and establish the hardware and software will be used locally to support the converge and right monitoring/work between IT/OT environmentsDemand management: To drive a demand management process to ensure the projects and business runs without issues avoiding disruptions on it, as well as new projects lands on current landscape with minimum impact on users.EOL Management: Leading and managing the End of Live identification for the different components of the infrastructure, establishing the strategy and roadmap to consider jointly with architect.Standards and Processes: To improve resilience of infrastructure/architecture and detection and support of improvement actions.Technical criteria: Act as a reference from a technical point of view about most of the technologies or platforms used on his/her area.People and Personal DevelopmentEXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:University degree/in Engineering or computersTechnical certifications about:Foundational level about infrastructure/networkOT infrastructure (preferred)ITIL certification would be preferredMUST HAVE:Working knowledge and understanding in one or more of the following areas: IT/OT converge, PLCs, SCADAs, MES, …Long experience in the area.Experience in assessing process and information flows, performing system audits, transformational projects.Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with different tools.Experience managing 3rd partiesDeep knowledge about production processes (preferred on breweries ambience)Excellent language skills in English and local language (Spanish)¿What do we offer?Time for Yourself🏖: We have 29 days off per year!
