Documentar i automatitzar l'activació de mòduls mitjançant la creació d'assistents.
Generar KPi per a coordinar el global de projectes través de un BI per a detectar i automatitzar alertes des desviacions d'entregues.
Generar KPI i alertes automàtiques amb relació a oportunitats que puguin sortir dels clients actuals per a fer upsellings.
Altres funcions:
Disseny i gestió dels projectes d'implantació d'una solució B2B amb client final i mar en comerç electrònic, CRM o integració amb algun CRM (Salesforce) ERP (Sage 200, Navision, SBO .. .) o eina de vendes en mobilitat
Aplicació de metodologia Agile i gestió de projectes amb client final.
Respondre les consultes dels usuaris en relació amb el funcionament del programari i dels equips amb la finalitat de guiarles en l'ús de l'aplicació i possibilitar que els clients obtinguin el màxim benefici d'ella. Experiència 2 anys. Necessària experiència tècnica en implantacions d'alguna solució B2B, ja sea un e-commerce, CRM o integració amb algun CRM ( p.e. Salesforce ), ERP ( Sage 200, Navision, SBO…) o alguna eina de vendes en mobilitat
Coneixements de metodologia Agile i experiència en gestió de projectes amb client final
Coneixements bàsics en SQL o en algun llenguatge de programació i experiència en integració de dades
Autoorganització i responsabilitat
Esperit comercial
Humilitat i ganes d'aprendre
Comunicació i treball en equip català (parlat b2 - avançat, escrit b2 - avançat), espanyol (parlat b2 - avançat, escrit b2 - avançat), anglès (parlat b1 - llindar, escrit b1 - llindar)
