The department overseeing Asset Management and Process Digitalization under the innovation directorate is spearheading the creation and implementation of strategies for managing asset data.
They are looking for a Business Analyst to bolster support.
oleThe main responsabilities will be.
ollaborate with business units to capture and formalize user requirements, user stories and workflows.
efine As-Is and To-Be process workflows to analyze and measure the impact of different innovation projects.
ead RFI/RFP processes to analyze suppliers proposals to meet the business requirements and needs.
repare test plans based on the user requirements and carry out internal testing of different solutions/proof of concepts.
ead user acceptance testing to validate solution functionalities and requirements with the end users.
upport business case elaboration to get the investment for different projects.
upport project managers in supervising project execution phase, plan and reporting.
ualificationsMore than 3 years experience as business analyst.
achelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering or similar.
xperience in leading the functional requirements definition support translating then into solution specificationsExperience in leading the testing and validation of different digital solutions.
bility to communicate business requirements to technical teams.
trong analytical, attention to detail and communicative skillset.
igh level of English, both spoken and written.
