INTERNATIONAL EVENT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) IN MADRID

PROJECT MANAGER:Nanook is the 360 creative experiential marketing agency that combines sustainability, innovation and data at national and international level; to design cross-channel solutions in events and communicationMISSION: Participate in the complete event development cycle to Senior Project Manager and Account Managers and manage their own events (100-300k) to achieve meeting deadlines and present quality projects that allow us to win proposals and execute projects successfully.ABOUT THE ROLEEvent planning:-Reading of briefing and raising of doubts to the client.-Definition of the objectives and goals of the event and alignment of the same with the client.-Development of a work plan with key dates, budget, necessary resources and schedule of activities.-Creation of the proposal together with the creative team according to briefing and event indications.-Search, selection, coordination and negotiation with suppliers and resources, such as venues, catering, audiovisuals, decoration, etc.Coordination with other departments involved and follow-up.Client follow-up.-Filling of files, documents, etc. in the corresponding Google Drive folders.-Ensuring that the event complies with Nanook's sustainability plan.Event management:Preparation and management of event budgets.Monitoring expenses, and finding ways to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary costs:Coordination of logistical aspects of the event: (space layout, seating arrangements, guest flow management and activity scheduling..).Logistical management of transportation, accommodation and catering.Supervision of the execution of the event on the day of the event.Effective last minute problem solving.Ensuring that everything goes as planned and that attendees have a positive experience.Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.Post-event:Conducting debriefing with client to analyze and measure the outcome of the event. Invoice management and filing all relevant documentation.RESPONSABILITIESResponsible for submitting proposals on deadlines and meeting the required quality.Responsible for submitting proposals focused on meeting our sustainable development objectives.Responsible for the coordination and follow-up of the people participating in the project.Responsible for the smooth execution of the event on the day of the event.Responsible for the closing of the project in the corporate tools required for it.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, advertising, psychology or similar.Specific training in protocol and event management will be an asset. At least 2 years of experience in the execution of 360º events. Essential office skills: presentations (ppt) and excelKnowledge in audiovisuals, management, etc.English: minimum C1Spanish: C2SOFT SKILLS:Communication skills: verbal and writtenOrganizational skillsLeadership skills: know how to coordinate other colleagues (creativity, suppliers, etc.).Frustration toleranceProblem solvingDetail oriented
