Our comprehensive software suite revolutionizes all aspects of new and used vehicle sales and management.📋Context of the PositionWe are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist who succeeds in a fast-paced sales cycle environment.An Inside Sales Rep plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.🎯 Your responsibilities :As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for :Main missionsComprehensive advice, support and development of new and existing customersMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (C-Customer)Cross-Collaboration with Nextlane departments such as OEM- and Professional-Service OrganisationManage the entire sales process from the first interest including price negotiations and closing dealsCreating and follow-up of quotationsManaging customer data and quotations (sales opportunities) in the CRM systemForecast accuracyClose collaboration with Senior Account managers (field sales) Analyse and identify cross- and upsellRelationship-Management with customers and contactsMain interfaces with other teams / departmentsSales and MarketingOEM Team and Professional ServicesCustomer Support Central corporate departments🕵️ What we are looking for :Languages: German native or very fluentVery profficient EnglishTechnical skills:Experienced in SaaS-Environment or automative industry Very good knowledge of MS OfficeStrong listening and excellent negotiation skillsSoft skills:Sales mindsetVery good communication skillsIndependent structured and responsible way of workingHigh problem-solving skillsStrong team playerOur Recruitment Process:15-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.Interview with Sales team.Interview with our Sales Manager.💎 Our AdvantagesWe value flexibility and trust within our corporate culture, offering benefits that reflect our commitment to our teams:🏡 Possibility to telework up to 3 days a week!🤝 €600 referral bonus for each talent you capture.
